Tailored to your specific goals
A comprehensive plan that offers more than our standard 'off the shelf' packages. Starting with a comprehensive phone interview, Andrea will find out your goals, your availability to train, your current levels of ability, your injury history and your timelines and then she will create a bespoke running plan just for you.
The plan will be created and delivered to your inbox within 7 days of your initial consultation.
The package includes two 30-minute follow-up phone calls to check in on progress and any changes in your needs, and to find out how the program is (or isn't) working. It will then be adjusted based on your feedback to ensure it remains customised and unique to you.
Andrea will track your progress on Strava (with your express permission) and offer insights wherever appropriate.
If you are local to the St Ives area of Sydney you can also book 1:1 coaching sessions to accompany this package (at an additional cost) during which Andrea will run alongside you to guide, pace or motivate as needed.
