The Slow Coach supports anyone seeking a deeper, more profound experience of life through running. No matter how modest you think your goal is we can get you from FLAT TO FINISH LINE.




We focus on fostering a love of running in people who might otherwise worry that they are not ‘real runners’ 
(hint, you are!) 
or that they might be too slow
(you're not!)



An inclusive running community for anyone who may have been too scared to join a running group before, for fear of being too slow, too big, too old, too new, too anything. But nevertheless who might harbour an interest in running, who might like to run a 2k or 5k or a half marathon or simply be able to run for the phone without stopping.


The Slow  Coach makes space for conversations about NOT getting faster, but instead about how life-affirming it can be to just keep going. We embrace runners who have no interest in a PB, but just want to get over the finish line. Or who just want to make it to the START line for that matter.
