UPPER NORTH SHORE RUNNING GROUP
The Running Behind group is not about getting faster. It’s about getting going. And staying going.
We embrace runners who have might not have an interest in a PB, but just want to get over the finish line. Or who just want to make it to the START line for that matter. We offer a structured warm up, a bit of theory, and a guided run session tailored to your goals.
We celebrate running for joy, running for time alone, running for personal development, running for time to think, time away from the kids, running for time on your feet and for a quiet sense of personal achievement.
We support every running goal, no matter how modest.
We can get you from flat to finish line.

running slowcially

We know that running is about more than training.
One of the many benefits of running are the opportunities to socialise, explore local suburbs, enjoy the surroundings and drink coffee.
Our ’slowcial’ runs take place intermittently, usually on a public holiday or special occasion, and we meet for a friendly run, jog or walk.
These are free events, and everyone is welcome. We strongly encourage you to bring friends, family, kids and dogs, and enjoy a morning out.
As always, we place no emphasis on pace and lots of emphasis on the coffee afterwards!
Like and follow our Facebook page to receive notifications about upcoming Slowcials, or check back here for more details.
