Andrea is a Level 3 Performance Development Coach (Accredited with Athletics Australia) and has been a passionate runner for about 10 years. Despite running four or five times a week for a decade, she has never been fast. She advocates for running for joy, for time alone, for time to think, for fitness, for mental health, for wellness and for personal accomplishment. She founded Run with the Slow Coach in 2020 to create a space for runners like her, who are not fast nor accomplished nor naturally fit and athletic. But who are determined, humorous, resilient and playful in their approach to running and who want a community that supports and guides the challenges and joys of running slowly.
